How XOJET Delivers

September 28, 2017  |  Private Jet Charter, XOJET

Our goal at XOET goes far beyond delivering passengers from Point A to Point B.

It’s about delivering on the fundamental promise of private aviation: a service that is, in the words of our Chairman & CEO Brad Stewart, “creative and innovative […] excellent all the time […] and a trusted choice for sophisticated consumers.”

This is how we do just that:

1. Placing Our Passengers First

A room overlooking the city at Mandarin New York

From top to bottom, XOJET’s operations specialists, maintenance controllers, and flight captains all share the same job description: Pursue the client’s best interest above all else. Regardless of the scenario or challenge, everything we do funnels back to our all-encompassing, client-centric business model. All XOJET clients are assigned their own Private Aviation Advisor, whose one job is to stress over all the little things so you don’t have to. Customized flight programs, luxurious in-cabin service, and a dedicated team of schedulers to ensure flights operate smoothly and efficiently: It’s all tailored specifically for you, without locking you into options you neither want nor need.

To further assist in this mission, XOJET collaborates with like-minded partners to provide clients with the most seamless aviation experience possible. Recently we have joined forces with esteemed travel brands like Mandarin Oriental, The Private Suite at LAX, and Vail Mountain & Beaver Creek Resort, ensuring clients receive the same level of hospitality before and after their experience aboard XOJET. We also partnered with artificial intelligence provider Noodle Analytics—also part of the TPG portfolio of companies—to leverage predictive analytics to better understand our revenue structure and confidently provide our clients with the industry’s lowest rates.

It’s simple: If we can deliver a private flight solution that makes sense for you—and not us—only then are we satisfied.

XOJET’s Guide to the 2017 NBA Finals

May 31, 2017  |  Events, Private Jet Charter

NBA Finals Guide

Any time the conversation includes Magic Johnson and Larry Bird – with a splash of Michael Jordan, for good measure – you’re floating in a lofty basketball realm.

Hence why these 2017 NBA Finals feature more than another captivating clash between the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers. Another duel between Stephen Curry and LeBron James. Another dose of Kyrie Irving zooming to the basket, plus the fresh intrigue of Kevin Durant playing in his first Finals with the Warriors.

There’s an extra layer of hoops history involved, and that’s what makes the impending series, starting Thursday night (June 1st), one of the most highly anticipated Finals in years.

Here’s history: This is the first time ever the same teams have met in the NBA Finals in three consecutive years. Warriors-Cavs counts as a tantalizing matchup reminiscent of the memorable 1980s tussles between Magic and Bird, the transcendent stars of their generation. Those Lakers and Celtics played each other in the Finals three times in a four-year span (1984, ’85, and ’87).

A Guide to Choosing the Right Jet for Your Mission

One of the primary advantages of flying XOJET (and flying smart) is the complete control our clients have over aircraft selection. Unlike fractional owners who are locked into one class of aircraft, you as an XOJET client can choose between dozens of modern jets through out Preferred Partner Network—including turboprop, light, mid-size, super mid-size, and heavy jets—specifically tailored to the distance, speed, cabin, and storage space required for your trip.

To help you decide which aircraft is best suited for your missions in 2017, here is our high-level guide to select options available within XOJET’s owned and extended fleet. Welcome aboard.

Suitable Routes:

King Air 350

Range: 2,077 miles
High Cruise Speed: 360 mph
Takeoff Distance: 3,300 feet
Landing Distance: 2,692 feet
Rate of Climb: 2,731 ft/min
Max Operating Altitude: 35,000 feet
Cabin Volume: 416 cubic feet
Cargo Volume: 71 cubic feet

Cabin Highlights: With available seating up to 11, the King Air 350 sets the class standard for comfortable cabins—featuring luxurious seating, noise-dampening ride technology, and luminous natural lighting thanks to large, rounded windows. It’s the cabin you’d expect from a jet aircraft.

What You Need to Know: Though still a turboprop aircraft, the larger King Air 350 is more comparable to light jets than the PC-12. Positioned as such, the 350 offers style, comfort, and small-jet versatility for an operational cost vastly lower than its competitors. A proven classic since its first model in 1974, we recommend it as a more fuel-efficient, economical option for both business commuters and leisure travelers flying short-to-mid-range distances—and those who want a faster, more luxurious aircraft than the PC-12.
To help you decide which aircraft is best suited for your missions in 2017, here is our high-level guide to select options available within XOJET’s fleet. Welcome aboard.

Five Destinations You Can Only Reach by Private Jet

Besides comfort, convenience, and cutting-edge efficiency, flying private opens the gates to a multitude of hard-to-reach destinations.

Below is the crème de la crème of those destinations—not just difficult to reach, but quite literally impossible when flying directly on anything but a private jet or charter. Meaning, if you’re looking for a luxurious destination for your next vacation with XOJET, look no further.

The Art of Dressing for Art Basel: 3 Experts Give Their Take

November 20, 2016  |  Art, Events, Hayley Phelan, Private Jet Charter

Every year at the beginning of December, a new swarm of fashionable jetsetters descends on the city of Miami. We’re not just talking of sun-starved beachgoers fleeing winter for South Beach, but instead the thousands of art world insiders, collectors, and artists who flock to Miami for Art Basel, one of the most important art fairs of the year.

Art Basel is always quite the feast for the eyes, and the art isn’t half-bad either. However, just as entertaining—and inspiring—as the masterpieces on the wall, are those walking about the fair and sipping Champagne at the after-parties. So now the challenge, if you’re flying XOJET in the direction of Miami Beach, is what to wear?

While you’ll certainly want to blend in with those well-dressed hordes, you’ll also want to stay relatively comfortable. We spoke with three Basel-bound style experts, including artist Jenna Pietrobon, stylist Ian Bradley, and gallerist Leila Greiche, for tips on how to pull off the ultimate Basel look.
